Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

A group of hydrocarbon-based gases produced from natural gas processing and oil refining. LPG is mostly propane, butane or a combination of the two. As an associated gas, it is automatically generated during the production of methane and during the refining process.
LPG can be used to power certain vehicles and as a heating and cooking fuel and is generally less expensive and more clean burning than gasoline, producing less harmful emissions and greenhouse gases.
