District of New Jersey

  • The court has updated its CM/ECF Special Procedures by Judicial Officer to reflect that for Judge Michael A. Hammer:
    • one courtesy copy of motion papers and briefs must be sent by regular mail to chambers;
    • proposed orders must be electronically filed;
    • letters must be electronically filed;
    • confidential memorandums must be faxed directly to chambers; and
    • parties must contact chambers for approval before faxing any documents.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Indiana

Beginning March 1, 2013, the court accepts credit cards for transactions in the clerk's office.

Western District of Wisconsin

  • The court has discontinued over-the-phone credit card payments and payment by check of the fee for admission to practice. Attorneys seeking admission are now required to use pay.gov.
  • The court has amended section VI(E) on transcripts of its ECF Administrative Procedures.

Effective May 1, 2013, civil filings will cost $400.00. For persons granted in forma pauperis status under 28 U.S.C. § 1915, the cost will remain $350.00.
