Enlargement: European Commission adopts 2013 Spring Reports for Macedonia, Serbia, and Kosovo | Practical Law

On 16 April 2013, the European Commission adopted a Report on the implementation of reforms in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. On 22 April 2013, the Commission adopted a Report on Serbia's progress in achieving the necessary degree of compliance with the membership criteria, and a Report on Kosovo's progress in addressing issues set out in the Council Conclusions of December 2012 in view of a possible decision on the opening of negotiations on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
