Nuclear safety: European Commission adopts draft proposal for Council Directive to amend 2009 nuclear safety Directive | Practical Law

On 13 June 2013, the European Commission adopted a draft proposal for a Council Directive amending Directive 2009/71/EURATOM establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations. The proposal was put forward under Article 31 of the Euratom Treaty.
