On 13 August 2013, the First Tier Tribunal (Information Rights) held that the London Borough of Camden was correct to refuse to disclose the number of hours its employees worked and how much overtime they were paid as, taken together with other information which was disclosed, to do would infringe their rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.
