The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ratified the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks on 3 September 2013. As Luxembourg is a member state of the Benelux Organisation for Intellectual Property, the Treaty will enter into force, with respect to Luxembourg, at a later date, in accordance with Articles 26 and 28 of the Treaty.
