Announced changes to Local Rules 18 and 21, affecting the division of business between Manhattan and White Plains judges, which will take effect on January 13, 2014.
The US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit released General Order No.41, declaring an emergency that requires some cases to be heard and determined by a three-judge panel that includes fewer than two Eleventh Circuit judges.
Southern District of Georgia
The US District Court for the Southern District of Georgia created a dress code for all attorneys entering district courthouses.
