US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced it has enhanced its e-Request customer service inquiry tool and has expanded to allow customers to submit requests for disability accommodations.
On February 20, 2014, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced it has introduced an improved and enhanced version of its online customer service inquiry tool e-Request.
E-Request allows customers to submit requests to USCIS if:
  • A case is pending longer than the posted processing times.
  • A customer did not receive a notice from USCIS, such as a biometrics appointment notice or an interview notice.
  • A USCIS-issued card, notice or document has a typographic error.
Beginning February 15, 2014, USCIS also expanded e-Request to allow customers to:
  • Request disability accommodations.
  • Print completed Change of Address forms when using the online Change of Address tool.
