This comparison document shows, in a detailed in-line mark up, the amendments proposed to be made to Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings (Insolvency Regulation) by the proposed Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings, as (i) published on 12 December 2012 (Amending Regulation), and (ii) reflecting the amendments to the Amending Regulation adopted by the European Parliament on 5 February 2014.The proposal for the Amending Regulation does not provide an in-line mark up of how the changes would affect the existing Insolvency Regulation.
