In Vikram Bakshi and another v McDonald's India Pvt. Ltd. and others IA Nos. 6207/2014 in C.S. (OS) No. 962/2014, the Delhi High Court considered whether to issue an anti-arbitration injunction restraining McDonald's Corporation from continuing with an arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules against its Indian joint venture partners.

Note: On 21 July 2016, a division bench of the Delhi High Court set aside the anti-arbitration injunction. We will report further shortly.
