This Standard Document is a questionnaire of the preliminary questions that a debtor should answer before filing for Chapter 11 relating to unexpired leases of nonresidential real property. Section 365(d)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code provides a limited amount of time for the debtor to assume or reject nonresidential real property leases, which makes it an important issue to address before filing for bankruptcy.
