This note provides an overview of the amended Regulation on European long-term investment funds ((EU) 2015/760) (ELTIF Regulation), which establishes uniform rules on the authorisation, investment policies, and operating conditions of EU alternative investment funds (AIFs) that are marketed as ELTIFs.
