English High Court remits Russian corporate raid claim to LCIA tribunal | Practical Law

In Egiazaryan and others v OJSC OEK Finance and another [2015] EWHC 3532 (Comm), the Commercial Court considered a challenge to an LCIA award under section 67 of the English Arbitration Act 1996, on the ground that the tribunal was wrong to reject jurisdiction over a third party to the arbitration agreement and to find that the claimant's Russian tort claim fell within the scope of the arbitration agreement.
