Nature of practice and clients
Horvitz & Horvitz is committed to providing individualised attention to our clients, and our primary areas of professional expertise are the implementation of alternative approaches to conflict resolution and complex litigation.
Our law practice has responded to the multiple reforms undergone by the Chilean judicial system since the 1960s with a growth strategy, which includes continuous education aimed at updating professional competencies and modernisation, not just technological but also in our collaborative approach to practising law.
Our highly qualified attorneys utilise a team approach to address the large array of matters submitted for our counsel from a variety of perspectives, always prioritising the client's ultimate objective. Moreover, as a result of our international collaborations, our clients have access to attorneys practising in all continents and the major cities of the world.
Hence, we combine experience with expertise and a proven capacity for innovation. Lastly, we pride ourselves on the ethical integrity of our attorneys. Although affiliation with the Chilean Bar Association (AG) is not mandatory, we are active members of the AG and other professional organisations because we value their focus on ethical oversight and attention to ensuring adherence to high professional standards among members.
