The ECJ has given its ruling on questions referred to it by the High Court in relation to infringement of copyright in broadcasts by communicating them to the public by live streaming from the TV Catchup website.  (ITV Broadcasting Ltd and others v TV Catchup Ltd, Case C-607/11, 7 March 2013.)
