An owner's affidavit (sometimes called an owner's certificate, owner's declaration, seller's affidavit, or borrower's affidavit) for use primarily in transactions involving the sale or finance of California commercial real estate. This Standard Document, which contains statements of fact about the property, can satisfy certain title company requirements for issuing a title insurance policy with extended coverage over standard title exceptions.
