A Practice Note explaining how to file documents in paper where an exception to mandatory e-filing applies in actions in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part and non-foreclosure actions in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part. This Note addresses what documents to include in the filing package, when to file the documents, and how to file with the vicinage clerk or judge. It also explains how to handle common difficulties when filing in paper.
