Western District of Michigan

The US District Court for the Western District of Michigan announced that it is accepting petitions for admission, electronic filing registration forms and admission payments electronically. The electronic process will become required beginning October 1, 2015.

Eighth Circuit

District of Minnesota

The US District Court for the District of Minnesota amended LR 49.1 regarding filing documents under seal in criminal cases, effective July 20, 2015.

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California announced that miscellaneous case-initiating documents must be electronically filed unless otherwise exempt under L.R. 5-4.2, effective July 20, 2015.

Northern District of California

The US District Court for the Northern District of California updated the address where chamber copies must be mailed to the Eureka Magistrate Judge.

District of Kansas

The US District Court for the District of Kansas updated its procedures on attorney admissions and pro hac vice admissions, effective August 10, 2015.

Eleventh Circuit

Southern District of Alabama

The US District Court for the Southern District of Alabama revised its attorney application for admission to practice.

Southern District of Florida

The US District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued an administrative order regarding court operations during holidays.
