This Note discusses the basis of and procedures for submitting a dispositive motion under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures. It includes the 2013 version and 2022 version of the AAA commercial arbitration rules, effective September 1, 2022. The 2022 version applies to cases commenced on or after September 1, 2022.
