A Practice Note addressing the key issues organizations, individuals, and their counsel must consider to ensure that they comply with their legal duty to produce electronically stored information (ESI) in Georgia superior and state court litigation. This Note specifically addresses parties' and nonparties' ESI preservation and production obligations and the consequences of failing to meet those duties.
