Second Circuit

Southern District of New York

Third Circuit

Third Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit updated its electronic filing requirements by increasing the size limit for PDF documents from 10 MB to 50 MB.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Judge Mark A. Kearney updated his policies and procedures. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Fourth Circuit

Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit posted a notice regarding proposed amendments to Local Rules 6(a), 25(a)(1)(C) and (E), 30(b)(4), 31(d), 32(a), 32(b), 34(c) and 39(c). Comments are due on or before September 25, 2015 and the amendments will take effect on October 1, 2015.

Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit revised its criminal pattern jury instructions and provided a summary of the changes.

Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky

The US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky issued a joint general order amending Joint Local Rules 83.3 and 57.3.

Western District of Tennessee

The US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee issued a standing order referring certain matters to a magistrate judge for determination.

Seventh Circuit

Southern District of Indiana

The US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana issued an order amending Local Criminal Rule 13-1 regarding sentencing procedure.

Ninth Circuit

District of Alaska

The US District Court for the District of Alaska revised its scheduling and planning conference report form.

Central District of California

Newly appointed Magistrate Judge Karen E. Scott posted her procedures and schedules.
Magistrate Judge Michael R. Wilner updated his stipulated protective order. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Northern District of California

Judge Haywood S. Gilliam Jr. updated his standing order for criminal cases.

Tenth Circuit

District of Kansas

The US District Court for the District of Kansas updated its procedures on attorney admissions and pro hac vice admissions, effective August 10, 2015.
The court also added a pro hac vice electronic filing registration form.

Eleventh Circuit

Middle District of Georgia

The US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia issued an order amending its local rules.
