Second Circuit

Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York announced that the $50.00 biennial registration fee under Local Rule 83.1(a)5 for all permanent, active members of the Northern District bar is due by November 3, 2015 and can be paid through Pay.gov.

Southern District of New York

Third Circuit

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Northern District of Texas

Eastern District of Kentucky

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky changed its contact information instructions for emergency filings during non-business hours, requiring such filings to now be emailed to the court rather than called in.

Eighth Circuit

Southern District of Iowa

The US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa revised its bill of costs guidelines.

Western District of Missouri

The US District Court for the Western District of Missouri changed the location provision of the mediation and assessment program general order, effective September 1, 2015.

Ninth Circuit

District of Alaska

The US District Court for the District of Alaska updated its clerk's office business hours, effective September 14, 2015.

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California announced that attorneys may now request certificates of good standing electronically using the court’s CM/ECF.
Judge Suzanne H. Segal amended her judges' procedures and schedules to reflect the new location to deliver mandatory chambers copies and ex parte applications.
Judge George H. Wu updated his standing order regarding final pre-trial conferences for civil jury trials. A copy of the previous version is available here.
