Second Circuit

Second Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit amended IOP 35.1, which governs a judge's eligibility to vote in an en banc poll. The court's order included a redline of the change, which is effective September 14, 2015.

Eastern District of New York
