US Judicial Conference

The Judicial Conference of the United States adopted amended rules for judicial conduct and disability proceedings and also approved an updated strategic plan for the federal judiciary, effective September 17, 2015.

District of Columbia

District of Massachusetts

The US District Court for the District of Massachusetts amended Local Rule 203 regarding bankruptcy appeals, effective September 28, 2015.

Eastern District of New York
