On October 7, 2015, Senior Legal Editors from Practical Law presented Hot Topics in Class Action Litigation. Presenters focused on class action cases on the Supreme Court's argument docket for the October 2015 Term, which are expected to have significant implications for the scope of class action litigation, as well as other key issues dividing the circuit courts that could receive the high Court's attention in the near future. Presenters also addressed recent decisions specifically related to securities class actions, including developments concerning the fraud on the market presumption of reliance in securities litigation.
