Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its 2016 US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines.
On December 18, 2015, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines, effective for stockholders' meetings on or after February 1, 2016. This release follows the November 2015 publication of the ISS 2016 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates (see Legal Update, ISS Releases 2016 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates).
ISS also published 2016 summary proxy voting guidelines for Canada, the Asia-Pacific, and other regions. For more information, see the ISS website.
