A notice by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reminds EB-5 regional centers that received designation before September 30, 2015, that they must submit Form I-924A to the USCIS by December 29, 2015. Form I-924A is used to show the continuing eligibility for regional center designation.
In a notice issued on December 3, 2015, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reminded EB-5 regional centers with designations issued before September 30, 2015, that they must file Form I-924A by December 29, 2015.
Form I-924A is used by a regional center to show continuing eligibility for the regional center designation. It must be filed with USCIS no later than December 29th each year (90 days after the government's fiscal year ends on September 30th).
