Southern District of Ohio
The US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio updated its ECF procedures guide. Pursuant to Rule 3.1 of the amended local rules, the filing rights of counsel who are members of the bar have been updated to allow for the filing of new cases electronically.
Seventh Circuit
Southern District of Illinois
The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois increased the fee for pro hac vice admission from $100 to $200.
