The Administrative Office of US Courts increased hourly rates and case maximums for attorneys appointed under the Criminal Justice Act, effective January 1, 2016.

District of Delaware
The US District Court for the District of Delaware issued a standing order regarding all matters referred to a magistrate judge for alternative dispute resolution.
Fourth Circuit
Eastern District of Virginia
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia posted an announcement stating that, effective immediately, Local Civil Rule 4(a) and Local Civil Rule 16(b) have been changed to reflect the time periods adopted in the recent changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), effective December 1, 2015.

Eastern District of Kentucky
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued a general order authorizing the clerk to collect $125 for each applicant seeking permission to practice in a particular case.
Western District of Kentucky
The US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky issued a general order regarding attorney admissions and pro hac vice fees, effective February 1, 2016.
Western District of Tennessee
The US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee posted a standing order referring certain matters to the assigned magistrate judge for determination.
