The US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia posted a new personal electronics device policy for all courthouses in the District, effective March 1, 2016.

Sixth Circuit

Western District of Kentucky

The US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky updated its fee schedule, increasing the pro hac vice fee from $65 to $125.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

Judge Thomas M. Durkin updated his pretrial procedures in criminal cases, amending procedures for exhibit lists and jury instructions.

The US District Court for the Central District of California updated form CV-071, civil cover sheet.
Magistrate Judge Kenly Kiya Kato updated her judges' procedures and schedules, requiring that parties meet and confer in cases involving a pro se plaintiff, unless the plaintiff is incarcerated.

District of Oregon

The US District Court for the District of Oregon posted standing order 2016-4, approving amendments to the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Local Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The amendments will take effect March 1, 2016.

The US District Court for the Western District of Washington increased the filing fee for pro hac vice applications from $150.00 to $226.00.
