Third Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit updated its brief requirements chart.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania revised its report of rule 26(f) meeting form.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow is changing the time of her civil case motion call from Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. to Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. permanently. Effective March 16, 2016, all civil case motions before Judge Lefkow should be noticed for 9:30 a.m. on Wednesdays only. Any motions already noticed for 10:00 a.m. on March 16 will be reset to 9:30 a.m. The time for her criminal case motion call will remain on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m.

Southern District of Iowa

The US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa revised its civil case notice of appeal supplement.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Judge Percy Anderson updated his procedures and schedules with information regarding chambers copies.
Judge Jay C. Gandhi added information regarding settlement conferences to his procedures and schedules.
Judge Manuel L. Real updated his procedures and schedules to indicate that the best way to contact the judge's courtroom deputy clerk is by emailing [email protected].
Judge Otis D. Wright added directions for exhibits to his procedures and schedules.

District of Utah

The US District Court for the District of Utah announced that its fee for attorney pro hac vice admission will increase to $250 effective April 1, 2016.

Eleventh Circuit

Middle District of Florida

Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. updated his notice regarding pre-marking exhibits.
Judge Julie S. Sneed added exhibit tags to her judicial information page.
