First Circuit

The US District Court for the District of Massachusetts posted notices regarding corrections to local rules 4.1 and 67.1.
District of New Hampshire
The US District Court for the District of New Hampshire updated local rule 83.1 regarding bar admission requirements.
Judge Virginia M. Kendall updated her rule on initial status reports for newly filed cases.
Southern District of Illinois
The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois posted an amendment to its fee schedule regarding retrieval of electronic records, effective June 1, 2016.
Ninth Circuit
District of Arizona
The US District Court for the District of Arizona posted general order 16-10 regarding an emergency technical amendment to local rule of civil procedure 77.1(c).
Central District of California
Judge Phillip S. Gutierrez updated his judges' procedures regarding arrangements for bringing voluminous trial materials and exhibits to the courtroom.
Judge Ronald S.W. Lew updated his judges' procedures regarding proposed jury instructions and arrangements for bringing voluminous trial materials and exhibits into the courtroom.
Judge Virginia A. Phillips updated her judges' procedures for filing an ex parte application.
District of Nevada
The US District Court for the District of Nevada posted notices that Special Orders 108 and 109 are no longer in effect and rescinded.
The court also posted a summary of amendments to the local criminal rules.

Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals
The US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit approved changes to local rule 34.1(A)(3) regarding motions to postpone oral argument, effective as of May 9, 2016.
District of Kansas
The US District Court for the District of Kansas updated:
