This Note describes how the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (New York Convention), the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), and the Kentucky Uniform Arbitration Act (KUAA) may apply to the enforcement and vacatur proceedings.
