Administrative Office of US Courts

The US Judicial Conference posted revisions for the following fee schedules, effective June 1, 2016:
Appellate and district courts have posted revised fee schedules.

DC Circuit

First Circuit

District of Maine

The US District Court for the District of Maine posted amended local rules, effective July 1, 2016.
The court also updated its witness mileage fees.

District of New Hampshire

The US District Court for the District of New Hampshire posted a notice regarding amended local rule 83.2(c), effective June 6, 2016.

Second Circuit

Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York amended General Order 47 regarding its mandatory mediation program.

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York added an electronic court recording transcript request form.

Third Circuit

District of New Jersey

Magistrate Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni revised her judicial preferences regarding standing orders for settlement conferences, adjournment requests, and telephone conferences.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania revised its frequently asked questions regarding attorney admissions.
Judge Mark. A. Kearney revised his policies and procedures.

Fifth Circuit

Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit revised its fee schedule, effective June 1, 2016.

Western District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana revised its deficiency checklist for attorneys.

Eastern District of Texas

Judges Rodney Gilstrap and Robert W. Schroeder III posted a joint standing order regarding protection of proprietary and/or confidential information to be presented to the court during motion and trial practice.

Northern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Northern District of Texas posted a notice to attorneys employed by the federal government.

Sixth Circuit

Northern District of Ohio

The US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio posted a general order regarding case assignments for Judge James G. Carr.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois posted a set of orders amending its local rules, effective May 27, 2016.
The court also posted a notice regarding the addition of NOS code 376, Qui Tam 31 U.S.C. 3729(a) to its civil cover sheet.

Southern District of Illinois

Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Williams revised his case management procedures.

Eastern District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin posted an administrative order regarding juror questionnaires, effective June 1, 2016.

Western District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin revised its fee schedule, effective June 1, 2016.

District of Arizona

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California revised its civil cover sheet.
Magistrate Judge Steve Kim updated his judges’ procedures and schedules.

Magistrate Judge Stanley A. Boone posted an electronic warrant submission form.

District of Idaho

The US District Court for the District of Idaho revised its local rules.

Eastern District of Washington
