First Circuit

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a notice regarding electronic payment of fees for certificates of good standing.
Second Circuit
Eastern District of New York
The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York posted administrative order 2016-05, regarding motions for Johnson sentencing reductions pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

Fifth Circuit
Western District of Louisiana
The US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana issued an order amending local rules LR 5.6, Corporate Disclosure and LR 41.3, Dismissal for Failure to Prosecute. The court included a summary of the amendments, which are effective immediately.
Southern District of Mississippi
The US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi posted a revised notice to the bar regarding electronic transcripts of court proceedings.
Eastern District of Texas
Judges Rodney Gilstrap and Robert W. Schroeder III posted a joint standing order regarding “meet and confer” obligations relating to discovery disputes.

Middle District of Tennessee
The US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee issued an administrative order amending its local rules. The court included a summary of the proposed amendments, which are effective as of July 15, 2016.
