Three agreements for US public company acquisitions with a deal value of $100 million or more were filed this past week.
On June 2, 2016, Thoma Bravo, LLC agreed to acquire visual analytics company Qlik Technologies Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $3 billion.
On June 2, 2016, Riverstone Holdings LLC agreed to acquire competitive energy and power generation company Talen Energy Corporation in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $5.2 billion.
On June 6, 2016, Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire medical device company LDR Holding Corporation in an all-cash tender offer valued at approximately $1 billion.
