Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York posted a standing criminal order regarding procedures to protect cooperation information.

Southern District of New York

Judge Gregory H. Woods updated his individual rules of practice in criminal cases. A copy of the previous version is available here.

District of Delaware

The US District Court for the District of Delaware:

District of New Jersey

Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Arpert updated his judicial preferences. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Judge Mark A. Kearney updated his form report of Rule 26(f) meeting. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Fifth Circuit

Eastern District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana revised the following forms:
  • Attorney registration statement.
  • Request to be admitted to the bar without personal appearance.
  • Petition for admission to practice.
The court also announced that after a party files a notice of appeal, the Clerk’s Office will file certain exhibits in the court’s CM/ECF system to later become part of the electronic record on appeal at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Eastern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas posted the following general orders:
  • No. 16-8, transferring pending Tyler prisoner and social security cases.
  • No. 16-9, transferring pending Sherman cases.

Seventh Circuit

Eastern District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin posted a new civil cover sheet.

Ninth Circuit

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit updated its model civil jury instructions. The court provided a full list of jury instructions that were added or modified.

Northern District of California

The US District Court for the Northern District of California posted a general order, regarding cameras in the courtroom pilot project.

Eleventh Circuit

Middle District of Florida

The US District Court for the Middle District of Florida posted:
  • An administrative order regarding the district’s attorney renewal fee structure.
  • A form regarding the district’s plan for bar admission fees.

Northern District of Georgia

The US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia updated its local civil rules to delete former local rule 41.2(B), failure to effectuate service of process.
