Model document requests, sometimes referred to as requests for production or RFPs, for an agency's counsel to use when serving document requests on the complainant in a hearing before an administrative judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Rehabilitation Act (Rehab Act), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), or the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).
