The Intellectual Property Office has announced that it is now possible to file international trade mark applications by email.
The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has announced that it is now possible to file international trade mark applications by email using the following email address: [email protected]. The IPO has updated form MM2 for international trade mark applications.
The IPO explains that the ability to file by email is an interim measure while work is ongoing to introduce an e-filing system for international trade mark applications.
