The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (SI 2016/1024) were made on 18 October 2016 and will come into force on 6 April 2017, subject to transitional provisions. While the Practical Law Restructuring and Insolvency team are in the process of updating materials on the site to ensure that they will reflect the new rules when they come into force, changes that we would make to those materials to reflect intervening developments will be recorded here.
