The Supreme People’s Court has issued new guiding cases covering the statute of limitations and failure to pay property maintenance funds, the effect of misconduct in a divorce on the partition of property, application of rescission rights to equity transfer contracts, court sanction of parties colluding in fraudulent litigation and judicial review of certain administrative acts.
