This Note explains the procedure for confirming an arbitration award in Colorado and the grounds on which a party may challenge enforcement under Colorado and federal law, including the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), and Colorado Uniform Arbitration Act.
