Many states certify several EFSPs, and the EFSPs available will vary by venue. The various EFSPs may offer different services, such as e-filing, e-service, delivery of courtesy copies, payment of filing fees, and more. Counsel must research the various EFSPs and their offerings to determine the best fit.
