We have published Practice note, Arbitration claims in the English court: service, authored by Practical Law Arbitration with assistance from Karen Maxwell, 20 Essex Street, which provides a step-by-step guide of the steps a claimant must take to effectively serve an arbitration claim form issued in the English court. This note covers who should serve the claim form, what to serve and when to serve it, as well as outlining the methods of service available when serving within the jurisdiction and the process for serving outside the jurisdiction.
This note complements Practice note, Arbitration claims: applications to the English court and our suite of resources on specific arbitration-related applications to the English court. These include:
