The Administrative Office also revised the following fee schedules, effective December 1, 2016:

DC Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit posted an order amending its local rules, effective December 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here.

First Circuit

First Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit posted a notice regarding amended Local Rule 35.0(b), effective December 2, 2016.
The court also revised its checklist for briefs.

District of Rhode Island

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a general order amending its local rules, effective December 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Second Circuit Court of Appeals

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York revised its case opening manual.
Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker revised her settlement conference summary.

Third Circuit

District of Delaware

The US District Court for the District of Delaware announced that the maximum document size for filing in CM/ECF increased from 5 megabytes (MB) to 35 MB.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Judge C. Darnell Jones, II revised his policies and procedures for general matters, civil cases, and criminal cases. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Middle District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania revised its in forma pauperis notice.

Western District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania revised Appendix LCvR 16.1.A, a FRCP 26(f) report of the parties.

District of the Virgin Islands

The US District Court for the District of the Virgin Islands revised its local bankruptcy rules.

Western District of North Carolina

The US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina revised its pro se litigant guide.

Western District of Virginia

The US District Court for the Western District of Virginia revised its CM/ECF administrative procedures, effective December 1, 2016.

Southern District of West Virginia

The US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia revised its CM/ECF administrative procedures, effective December 1, 2016, and provided a redline of the changes.

Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals

Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky

The US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky posted Joint General Order 16-03, which amends their ECF administrative policies and procedures. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Eastern District of Michigan

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan amended its ECF policies and procedures, effective December 1, 2016, and provided a redline of the changes.

Western District of Michigan

The US District Court for the Western District of Michigan posted an order amending its local rules, effective December 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Northern District of Ohio

The US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio amended its local rules, including its ECF policies and procedures manual, effective December 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here.
The court also revised its attorney admission application.

Western District of Tennessee

The US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee revised its ECF policies and procedures manual, effective December 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here. These revisions have been incorporated into the court's local rules.

Seventh Circuit

Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit revised its local rules, effective December 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Northern District of Illinois

Magistrate Judge Iain D. Johnston revised his FLSA scheduling order.

Southern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois announced that it has amended Local Rule 5.1(c) to comply with changes to the FRCP.
The court also announced that the maximum allowable file size for documents filed in CM/ECF has been increased from 5 MB to 35 MB.

Southern District of Indiana

The US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana revised its copy request form.

Western District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin posted General Order 331 regarding the administration of the attorney admission fund.

Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit updated its civil case briefing checklist.

Eastern District of Arkansas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas revised its CM/ECF policies and procedures manual for civil cases.
The court also updated its ECF registration form.

District of Minnesota

The US District Court for the District of Minnesota revised its civil ECF procedures guide.

Eastern District of Missouri

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri posted a notice that revisions to Local Rules 6.03, 12.01, 13.03, and 13.04 are effective December 1, 2016.

Ninth Circuit

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit revised its local rules, effective December 1, 2016, and provided a redline of the changes.
The court also:
  • Abrogated Form 6, regarding a certificate of compliance.
  • Revised Form 8, regarding a certificate of compliance pursuant to 9th Circuit Rules 29-2(c)(2) and (3), 32-2 or 32-4.
  • Revised Form 11, regarding a certificate of compliance pursuant to 9th Circuit Rules 35-4 and 40-1.

District of Arizona

The US District Court for the District of Arizona revised its local rules, effective December 1, 2016. The court also provided a summary of the amendments.

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California revised Form G-63, regarding a request for attorney admission information.
Judge Dean D. Pregerson revised his judge's procedures regarding trial exhibits.
Judge James V. Selna revised his judge's procedures regarding mandatory chambers copies.
Magistrate Judge Steve Kim revised his judge's procedures regarding discovery matters.

The US District Court for the Southern District of California posted a general order regarding the allocation of attorney admission fees.

District of Montana

The US District Court for the District of Montana posted a standing order regarding the assignment of cases.

Eastern District of Washington
