The Russian Government has taken further steps towards implementing its new Arbitration Law, this time adopting Decree No. 577 of 25 June 2016 "On approval of the rules for granting the right to perform the functions of a permanent arbitral institution and of the regulation on depositing the rules of a permanent arbitral institution".
