The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) corrected errors in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Rules of Practice Amendments.
On December 12, 2016, the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) announced miscellaneous corrections to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Rules of Practice Amendments that were initially announced in October 2016 (81 FR 89382-02, (Dec. 12, 2016)).
