DC Circuit

District Court for the District of Columbia

The US District Court for the District of Columbia revised form B regarding attorney renewal and government certification.
Judge Randolph D. Moss revised his sample standing order in civil cases.

Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York revised its request for certificate of good standing.

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York revised its certificate of good standing/wall certificate.
Judge Colleen McMahon posted new procedures for telephonic appearances.

District of Maryland

The US District Court for the District of Maryland posted a standing order regarding electronic devices in the courthouse.

Western District of Virginia

The US District Court for the Western District of Virginia posted a standing order regarding the division of cases among district judges.

Eastern District of Arkansas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas announced that its Pine Bluff divisional office will be unstaffed, effective immediately. Pleadings, motions, and other papers should be filed with the clerk’s office.

District of South Dakota

The US District Court for the District of South Dakota posted a standing order regarding access to criminal documents and transcripts.
