A notice of defense to a demand for arbitration in the US under the 2013 Administered Arbitration Rules of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) and the CPR Administered Arbitration Rules (effective March 1, 2019) (the Rules). Unless otherwise noted, the guidance applies to both sets of rules. CPR will apply the 2019 version of these rules to cases commenced on or after March 1, 2019.
