A notice of defense to a demand for arbitration in the US under the 2014 Rules for Administered Arbitration of International Disputes of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) and the CPR Rules for Administered Arbitration of International Disputes (effective March 1, 2019). Unless otherwise noted, the guidance applies to both sets of rules. CPR will apply the 2019 version of these rules to cases commenced on or after March 1, 2019.
